FAQ

Common questions

How do I access my account?

Use the sign-in link on BLDR.one with the email connected to your invite or profile. If you are new, start from your invitation.

I did not receive my sign-in email. What should I do?

Check spam, promotions, and any email filters. Then try again with the same email address. If it still does not arrive, send a support request.

How do invitations work?

Invitations are sent to specific people and may include a code or link. Use the invited email when signing in so your access can be matched.

Why can’t I see my public profile yet?

Profiles may stay private until setup is complete and visibility is enabled. Review your profile details and request help if something looks stuck.

How do Pitch Rooms work?

Pitch Rooms are private spaces for sharing a deck or focused materials with selected viewers. Access is controlled by the room owner.

Who can see my Pitch Room activity?

Room owners can review activity for their rooms. Viewers do not see each other’s activity.

Can I request access if I was not invited?

Yes. Use the request access path and share enough context for the team to review fit.

How do I report a problem?

Use the support form and include what you were trying to do, the page or room involved, and what happened.

Need account access?
